Local storage
Keep the file on an encrypted disk or in an encrypted container rather than an online note service.
Avoid automatic sync
Cloud sync can expose the file and occasionally creates conflicting copies.
No unnecessary detail
Record addresses, dates and sources; there is no need to log anything about your own activity.
Backups
Keep one encrypted offline backup so a lost device does not erase your confirmed Torzon entries.
